Doc Hudson
Is it just me or make others hate electric stoves?
I prefer cooking over an open fire in an electric stove! Things that take a eternity criticized the heat, and have five times more to cool when it is lowered or turned off. I'm sick of overheating things, or having my schedule off-duty shooting by that damn slow electric heating stove! So, does anyone else hate electric stoves as bad as I do? Hudson Ladies and gentlemen, comrades Foodies Doc, Thanks for reassuring me that I am no stranger to hate electric stoves. I've been struggling with that abomination of more than 0 months now, and I find more and more Dutch cooking. I suppose next I'll have to build an outdoor fireplace so you can cook with pleasure.
I deal 50/50 on them, doc. On the one hand, I love flat-stove top, because I can clean them immediately after cooking. With an electric, I have found I can simmer things much easier than with gas. The electric burner can be colder than the low-set calls. With a stove Gas, alas, I can only make the fire smaller, but not cold. You're right about the heat and cold, and the fact that heat necessarily when you click "No". With gas is instantaneous in forehead and no matter how flat the bottom of the pot is. Given my feelings to gas appliances, however, the power gains.
